In recent years, with consumers' pursuit of wearing comfort and fashionable casual garment, PFD make garment dye have been accepted by more and more consumers. Garment dye has the following advantages and disadvantages:
Advantages: shorten production time and save cost; accurately follow the popular color, color brightly, casual and fashionable style; High class quality, fabric hand feel good and comfortable to wear.
Disadvantages: high requirements for PFD fabric quality. The shrinkage not easy control and easy have quality problem in the process of garment dye. The losses are large if problems happen.
Our company has rich experience in producing PFD fabric:
1）How to control the raw material defects of color yarn and oil yarn as less as possible so PFD fabric make garment dye process less problem happen;
2）How to control the color shade of PFD fabric and avoid color shade of garment dye process;
3）How to control the shrinkage stability and avoid the problems easily encountered in garment dyeing process.

Based on our production experience, we summarize the following experience for PFD garment dye:
1) Strict requirements on cotton yarn and other raw materials to avoid color yarn, oil yarn and oil stain.
2) Forbidden use soft oil in the dyeing and finishing process or colorful after garment dye; PFD fabric can be directly used for white, dyeing, printing and other finishing.
3) Whole process bleaching and finishing, the grey fabric is boiled thoroughly to remove impurities, the chemical dye can be better adsorbed during garment dye, the color is more uniform and fastness more stable.
4) The shrinkage stability controlled within 3% (Elastane no more than 5%). The shrinkage rate should be stable and unified, avoid garment problems caused by unstable shrinkage after dyeing.
5) Cut 15cm full width piece from each batch and sewed together test color shade after finished bulk production. The goods can be delivered only if there is no problem.
