PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

ZILAI Textile promises that every order will be followed by the professional QC personnel, whether it is the production of grey fabric weaving or dyeing & finishing as well as final treatment processing, we follow a complete quality system to control our bulk production which can meet the customer requirements : employ skilled and responsible QCs, regularly provide systematic training programs, production control with vertical responsible supervision.

Using America AATCC Four-Point System Standard inspect fabric defect and inspect bulk @100% ratio. Fabric testing are done by our dyeing factory internal laboratories or by SGS, BV & Intertek test laboratories nominated by customers.

Spinning and Weaving

Strictly control the quality of cotton, yarn and other raw materials, complete the production of grey fabric on time, can only delivery to dyeing mill after inspect the grey fabric without quality problems.

Dyeing and finishing production facilities

Make random inspection and test the data when the grey fabric arrived dyeing factory ensure the Smooth progress of dyeing production: Physical test: Length, Width, weight, strength, density, etc. Appearance defects inspect: color yarn, weaving defects, oil yarn, etc.

Quality standard test

Ensure that the quality of bulk production meets customer's requirements, do following tests when finish bulk of production: Physical test: Shrinkage, Color fastness, Tensile strength, Tear Strength, Seam slippage, pilling Resistance etc. Chemical test: PH Values, AZO Dyes, Formaldehyde etc.

Inspection and shipment

Send Bulk production pre-shipment samples to customer for comment. Make rolls when get approval as follow point: Color, weight, width, hand-feeling, design etc. Use AATCC Four-Point System Standard inspect fabric. Delivery all rolls fabric to warehouse and communicate with customers booking vessel for shipment.
